Disney Apps are not working on Fios

I'm experiencing an issue with all Disney apps (Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN). When connected to my Wi-Fi, I am unable to log in or stream content on any of these apps. However, if I turn off my Wi-Fi, the apps work fine. I’ve already logged out and back in, and I’ve restarted my router, but the issue persists. It seems to be related specifically to my Fios connection. Could you please advise on how to resolve this? If not, I may have to consider canceling my subscriptions.

What router do you have?

If your router supports SON (Self Organizing Network), try turning it off.

I assume you mean that you are using mobile data when you turn off wireless. Is this only an issue with your phone's apps? Do you see the same issues on a hardwired PC or a different wireless device?
