Do you mean free “antivirus service”? They offer McAfee security suite. However this program is very intrusive and is hard to uninstall.
If you are using a windows machine it comes with Microsoft Windows Defender for free, and you can download a free antimaleware program at http://www.malewarebytes.com just choose the free version.
