I orginally posted this matter two years ago, and it garnered 10 pages of responses, and has now been locked by a forum admin. I wanted to continue to keep this alive until resolution.
I have my computer wired via ethernet to my E3200 Extender. When I start up my Windows 11 computer which is hard wired into the E3200 extender, it takes about 60 seconds from the Windows login screen to find the ethernet connection. There is no change in this delay whether I log into the computer or not. I have a VOIP phone on the other Extender ethernet jack which remains uninterrupted.
The only solution offered by the previous thread is to put a small gigabit switch between the computer and the router.
Hopefully this will lead to a proper solution.

I have the EXACT same problem exactly as you describe your issue using my computer connected to the extender via ethernet. Similarly, my wife gets up early and likes to watch the weather via an iPad 6th generation on Hulu Live via AppleTV 4th generation. It will initially fail to make a connection via Wireless to Hulu Live. Another note while watching Hulu Live on our TV connected to an AppleTv 4th generation, almost every 30 minutes it will freeze. I don't believe its Hulu but my Verizon Internet a problem with the router and or Extender. Is something going to sleep or some setting on the router/extender needs to be tweaked.
