EV Charger / Fios interference

I have an issue with interference from an EV charger.

I have Fios home service (500Mbs) with a I-211M-L outside ONT. There is an ethernet cable from the ONT run to my basement where I have the verizon router and a network switch for other parts of the house. Also have an Orbi mesh network. It generally has been working fine for a few years.

I had a ChargePoint Home Flex hardwired 50A EV charger installed by my electrician this morning. They had to add a separate 100A subpanel. The Verizon ONT is on the outside wall from the circuit breaker (which is in the garage), and the ethernet from the ONT comes in right by the panels. Everything works fine until we turn on the breaker for the ChargePoint itself, then the verizon service flakes out and is totally intermittent. This is consistent with interference either with the ONT or with the ethernet cable running to the router.

Before we guess and start separating each component, at great time and cost, anyone else experienced this before? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Omg, I just had a similar issue.   Just installed a Chargepoint Home Flex charger in January, and a few months later, the charger started having WIFI issues connecting.  At the same approximate time, some  FIOS channels would come through pixelated, plus my callerid would not work.  Chargepoint sent me a warranty replacement unit, which I just swapped out yesterday, and coincidently, I noticed my FIOS service started working flawlessly again.  No pixelation, and callerid works again.  I thought it was just a coincidence until I googled it and read your post.  I don't like to jump to conclusions, so will continue to monitor, and try turning it off and retesting FIOS if it starts occurring again (hope not).  I have a similar setup, ONT is on opposite side of wall as the breaker panel in the garage, but a few feet over.  And I still have coax running into the house.   If this in fact is the issue, then I suspect it has something to do with the Wi-Fi problem that my charger was having. Maybe it was flooding the network trying to connect or causing some signal interference???
