Exclusive Home (Fios) Offer missing

I am having the same issues not seeing the home offers on my Verizon account. Got an email saying my offer was waiting to be claimed on 3/26/24. Went in and there are no offers there, not even the ones that have been claimed. Even did a chat that took forever to get through. She sent me another email with the link and the same thing, nothing is there. I am waiting on $200 Verizon gift card.

Can someone please assist? Thanks!

Yes, I moved from a competitor to Fios. I purchased internet and cable. It was installed on 1/26/24. The $200 Verizon gift card is the last offer I had left. I saw it in the Home offers a few weeks ago, but it was not ready to redeem. Now that it is ready to redeem nothing is in my home offers and it says I have had NO offers redeemed, which is not correct. 

I tried the Verizon chat which took forever to get through.  Said I had to wait 68 days after Fios install. Well 68 days was last week and the offers are still not there.
