I need help getting the Fios coverage database updated so want to open a FAST ticket. We own two adjacent next door lots in Chester County PA; we live on one lot where we have Fios and just built a house next door but are being told the adjacent lot isn't eligible for Fios in the coverage database. ALL of the houses in the area including us have Fios and the physical lines are in place - and we've run a physical conduit from the connection box that sits between the two houses - so should be quite simple to run the connection. I'm convinced it's an administrative database error - please help?
