I have a pending order for FiOS internet and TV, with equipment scheduled to be delivered to my new house on 4/23 (move-in day). Like many, I need internet immediately because I work from home.
My order status page says the order is "on hold" and that Verizon needs proof of address. One of the accepted forms of proof listed is a ratified purchase contract, so I uploaded that. Twice, in fact. However, the status page says I will receive an acknowledgement once the proof is received. This never happened. I tried getting more information from an online chat agent, but it was clear he had no idea what I was talking about.
Can someone from Verizon please resolve this, and ensure me that my FiOS equipment will be brought to me on the day promised? Thanks.
