Is anyone experience a complete FIOS outage? No Internet or phone?
Yup...my internet/phone went down in Reston around 12:30am. TV works fine.
My DSL died sometime yesterday and was still out this morning; I'm in Woodbridge, VA.
Internet, phone, and TV all workingfine in Chantilly. As far as I know, I never lost any services . . .
My Internet connection was unavailable from about 1 am - 5 am.
I live in Sterling (Cascades) and our connection has been out since Friday, Feb. 15. I spent all day on the phone with "tech" help to no avail.

to create/check the status of a repair ticket.
There is also community support available via Twitter from that page.
