Fail light on ONT

 Our devices are "connecting" to our home wifi, but there is no interenet for about 3 days now. We tried going through the online troubleshooting multiple times with no resolution. We rebooted the ONT and at first the lights next to VID and FAIL were on and red. We rebooted again and now only the red light next to FAIL is on. 

Anyone else having these issues? If so, were you able to fix them on your own or did a tech have to come out?

You need to contact Verizon to troubleshoot.  They can remote diagnostics to determine if a tech visit is needed.
