I live in a 4-family apartment building located in Brooklyn,NY 11204. Fios is available to most of the neighboring homes on my block, including homes directly adjacent to mine. However, my address is still showing as unavailable.
I’m hoping someone can check on the status or let me know what’s preventing service. I’d be happy to coordinate with a field engineer or provide more information about the building.
