Fios Buried Cable Department

I am getting no where with Verizon with getting the Fios buried cable department to get my temp fios line buried. There is no way to directly talk to this department and all I get is they are working with that department but no one can get me an eta on when its going to get done. meanwhile i have expensive shrubs waiting to be planted. I keep calling get disconnected or endless waiting and disconnect. Anyone have any luck with gettin an install date or contact?
