During the past few weeks, our Fios internet in Worcester occasionally goes out and occasionally we can't make outgoing phone calls on our home phone . We have our phone service though Verizon as well. We do receive incoming phone calls though. We had two helpdesk tickets with no resolution. We have a elderly, handicap family member who needs access to both services at times, especially the landline phone. Although we have the services now, we don't know when either service will go out again. We are not sure what the problem is.
