Fios Network Adapters Gigabit internet only

Hello.  Not at all tech savvy here.  We have the internet only Fios gigabit plan and a Quantum Gateway G1100.  ONT box is in the basement; ethernet cable from the basement connects to G1100 via WAN port on first floor.  Hoping to get a more robust signal on the second floor and have looked into Fios network adapters.  There is coax throughout the house.  In reviewing the install instructions for the FNA, step one says to verify the router is connected to a coax outlet.  There is an available coax outlet nearby, but the router is no longer connected since we cancelled Verizon TV service.  Is there a way to still use the Verizon FNA in this scenario?  If so, how do I connect them?

You should still be able to use a MoCA bridge even without the TV service.  I know Verizon likes to promote their own hardware, but I have one from Motorola and a cheap $15 unmanaged TP-Link switch and it works great.
