Without an email or letter, my monthly Fios bill went up $6.00, pretty steep compared to what I pay. No explanation. It had gone up $4.00 only 11 months ago. What gives?
What service are you getting and the total price?
The billing system should not allow a higher price than the current price that is offered to new customers. Otherwise, there is a mistake.
Fios internet only, 300/300.
$34.99 to $38.99 in sept 2023. $4.00 hike.
Then not even a year later in aug 2024 it went up to $44.99. $6.00 hike.
So in a year it was a 28.6% increase. Good financial times, man. Ridiculous.
