Hi All -
I have had Fios drop three times in two weeks. The second time, I pulled in support and they were helpful, although the issue was resolved by the time I connect with someone. I am concerned about reliability as a business owner who WFH (therapist). I want to document the issue formally.
Q: Where/to whom do I send the concern/complaint (other than what I did last time by walking through the support process)?
For context, I connect via ethernet and find, overall, the service in the past three years has been fast and reliable. It's only in the past 2-3 weeks it has dropped.
