My house was built in 2016 and Verizon’s website and customer service representatives says fios is not available at my house, despite being available at all of my neighbors houses. Can anyone recommend who to contact? The customer service people have opened two tickets for engineering but I haven’t heard back. Are there any Verizon employees on this board that can help?
