A Verizon technician left a Fios wire open on the ground through the sidewalk and our yard. It’s a major hazard and accident waiting to happen. This has been open since a week. I want to ensure we don’t have any liability should something unfortunate happen. Please remediate asap else we will have no option but to call the cops and complaint.
