I currently have a G1100 router on a plan with internet, cable, and phone included. I have seen that they offer G3100 upgrades for free. We have the gigabit plan so the G1100 is struggling. Is this upgrade free? If so how do I go about doing this since last time I spoke with a rep they tried offering me a whole new plan which would cost me more than my current plan.
