**Some reason I had to create another acct to get back into the board
Random drops all of a sudden this has started for the last 2 weeks. I have an EERO setup. I disconnected it & used just the G3100 & same drops same error.
I thought it may was the DNS so I configured Open DNS - same issue same drops
Logs are below that look like they may be useful. This happens with the same errors at least twice a day.

This has nothing to do with DNS.
This is a PON line issue. You need to call in and ask to check PON logs.

This is getting extremely frustrating
Let them know what I believe the issue is (PON line) who is able to check the PON logs?? HD had no idea
Explained issue. Went through the router reboot etc etc which I respect as a part of the helpdesk script. Time spent: 1 hour.
Transferred to another person who said he was in India (nice guy) - He said he sees the issue & the router is what is normally the issue in this instance. He said the issue was the router. Time spent:1 hour
Overnight delivered new router. Setup router a few hours later dropped internet same logs.
Instantly called back. Walks me back through the rebooting of the router etc etc. Said its the ONT box. Time spent: 1 hour
Setup for a tech to come replace ONT box. Left work early to meet him. He looked & said the packets are dropping because the jack wasn't wired for the upgraded internet speed. (even though its been working perfectly since the upgrade (1 year approx). Did not replace the ONT.
Few hours after leaving internet drops again same errors in logs. Called back same as above (reboot router etc etc) said he sees no problems internet working fine but he can schedule an appt If i want it. Scheduled an appt for today. After a while I canceled because at this point my time is being wasted.
How do I reach the level of support who can address this?
Thanks anyone who can help me resolve this
After looking through the forum this is the exact symptom I am experiencing
