I have a G 3100 router not connect connecting to my sensei thermostat any help would be appreciated thank you
Make sure the settings in the router are allowing the 2.4ghz connection. Per the sensi thermostat wifi set up it only works on 2.4ghz. From looking at the manual for the router it broadcasts on both 2.4 and 5ghz could be your thermostat isn't locking into the 2.4. I'm no router expert so I suggest reading the instructions for both the router and the thermostat.
