I can't edit the device list in the advanced mode. My router screen does not have the expanded drop down as stated in the UM. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The current firmware version is 13.2.0.15. I don't know what it is supposed to be. I'm assuming the router is updated automatically. I noticed the problem recently while trying to unblock a previously blocked device. Thanks
Fdoering01, thanks for sharing those details. The device that was previous blocked, was it unblocked successfully? Additionally, so when you go to 'Connected Device' and click on the device's Dropdown icon, you're not shown an option to Edit like shown in these steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-227023/

I have not been able to unblock the device. My router device list screen looks nothing like the link that you sent me. There is no Dropdown icon to the right of the appropriate device. Do I need to send you a screenshot of My Connected Devices screen?

Hey Fred, thanks for getting back to us, and Happy New Year! That is odd that you're not seeing the same the UI for the admin screen like you see in our link. Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to follow those steps? Also, is this for Fios service?
