Geolocation issues CR1000B router and E3200 extender

Hi 

I just upgraded to the CR1000B router and E3200 extender  

My old Verizon router and extender worked fine with any casino site no issues ever.

I can no longer connect to any casino websites after upgrade i just get this error:

 Your device prevents proper blocked software validation checks from being performed.  Please uninstall Player Location Check, reboot your device, and return to the website to install the software anew.  I have done this at least 30 times.

 I have both LAN and wifi on my PC 

yes i have tried disconnecting lan....

I have turned of rebind in the router

I have set DNS to the google dns in windows

I have added the wss.plc-gc.com
127.0.0.1 to router 

reloaded the geolocation plug in many times 

All location services are active

I cant get any casino sites to geolocate does anyone have any suggestions?

Same exact issue here and have had absolutely no luck with getting assistance from Verizon on the matter
