Had FiOS installed since the 28th of June and been constantly getting drops in speed and unable to use the Internet with any connected device. Download speeds are fine with 900mbps and uploads cap at 0.01.
Tried resetting both ont and router, swapped router, had a tech visit, disabled ipv6. Nothing seems to work except factory resetting but then speeds drop again.
I sit a few feet from the router so it's not a range issue and I tested it by hardwiring into the ont. Verizon doesn't know what's the issue and I'm getting frustrated with the service.
Any help with fixing this and getting full speeds?
