Having Trouble Getting the Fiber Line Buried

We signed up for Fios Home Internet in June of 2025. Service was brought into our neighborhood about two years prior, but the homes get connected as they call to sign up. So no fiber was run to our home previously. We have a long run (about 750 feet). I advised this when calling to order service. Was told no problem that all would be taken care of on the day of my appointment (June 17, 2025). Technicians came, ran a LONG line down the front of the property, across the driverway, around back of house, up the other side and connected to equipment that was installed in our basement. Since then we have been begging for them to complete the install. We had the line chewed up in several spots by animals and they had to run another 750 feet of line! (We are rural with woods all around.). No one will give us a straight answer as to when a crew will come out to complete. Note: We were given about seven different dates and they failed to show on all of those dates. We now have ¾ of the line buried, but part of the line is laying across our Central A/C condenser! I just want to stop being lied to about when this will be complete. Today 8/4 is the last date I was told and here I sit waiting…
