What is wrong with Verizon? Very Long time customer and yet still discriminated against. Topic also applies to many other as found in similar posts, which Verizon's answers tap dance (exactly like the three monkeys, Hear, See, and Speak...) around the actual problem reported.

Why lie and stay it is "Not Available" at my address! Perhaps, Verizon's address database is out-of-date or in error. Plain and simple, Verizon is refusing to allow a subscription to their internet service. The Verizon tower is well within reception distance with a strong signal. Even a weak signal is usable with use of a bigger external antenna. Addresses at longer distances receive the Verizon internet but my address is singled out. 5G Home Internet and LTE Home Internet is not cable, it is radio, and the radio waves do not discriminate by being "Not Available" as the radio wave passes by, around, over, and through my house. By some farce of Hocus Pocus smoke and mirrors statements Verizon wants customers to believe its "Not Available"! Really?
