In the Verizon app, Clicking on menus and sub-menus is very slow. Also, the app shows too many devices online and one is unable to tell which is legit or not. The app doesn't show enough information about the devices connected to one's network. The chat room doesn't even work. After clicking on it, it does nothing. Lastly, the speed check on the app disables all internet connectivity and shows very slow speeds. Does anyone else have these issues or advice to help make things easier/simpler, please? Thank you.
