Two Issues
My Verizon App does not work managing Home Network Protection. It takes long to the to get to the HNP screens with devices and once you are there it locks up after 30 seconds. you then need to restart the app. Please give us back the ability to manage Home Network Protection from Webpage as the app has too many bugs in this area.
Also the app does not show the IP address of the device so how are you supposed to know which device you are trying to manage. Again the webpage for the router allows you to see both the IP address and the MAC address. Why would you not allow the same info be shown in the app?
I doubt anyone has been able to use the Home Network Protection. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Where they able to resolve it.
Is there an app that i can use in its place? I tried to use Fing but it does not block internet access. Maybe i need to update a router setting.
