Home Network Protection not accessible either from Verizon Home app or My Verizon app

When I go to my verizon app, it says home network protection (parental control) is in verizon home app. But, when I log into verizon home app, it says parental control has migrated to "My Verizon" app. How can I access Parental control of devices. I have Fios internet at home.

I have the same issue and my daughters laptop is" paused" and Parental controls have been discontinued. I can't create new device groups in the home app because I'm enrolled in Home Network Protection which is not accessible any longer. So the profiles I created are paused and blocked and I can't access them or remove them .
