Has anyone had issues with getting their home offers? I signed up late November '23 and should receive a year of Disney+ (no ads) and a $200 Amazon gift card. I've gotten an email telling me to redeem Disney+, but there's no option in the "Home Offers" tile on my account page. I still haven't gotten any notification about the gift card. The only available offer on my account is for the Xbox, which I'm not interested in. There are no pending or redeemed offers listed, either.
I previously chatted with a help desk agent earlier this month, and was told that I'd receive the emails that week. I still have not seen anything. I'm also not able to verify my email address, because the emailed link is broken each time that I try.
Please let me know if anyone else has had these issues and what steps I should take to receive my offers. Thanks.
