I keep getting an error message from the new Verizon app EVERY time I try to log in to the parental controls section.
My kids phone is not work and I suspect this might have something to do with it . But I can’t seem to get any help - the virtual assistant is useless and the hold times are terrible -
has anyone experienced this since they moved to the new app? The old app worked like a champ! Thank you
