This is three in a row for me. I've taken half day off of work each time and it gets to the point they run out of time (with no updated by the way throughout the day and I'm left texting AI). End of the day I get a 1800 call from Verizon asking to change my appointment or cancel order. What the heck man? I'd honestly be willing to go through it again if the guy just called me and told.me he can't make it and just apologize or offer some customer service.
