I am trying to switch from Xfinity to Fios.

How has Fios managed to provide customer service even worse than Xfinity is beyond me. I am trying to switch from Xfinity to Fios. What a nightmare. Rethinking my decision right now. Plus, one of their so called 'supervisor' provided me with my mobile number to call for support!!!!!
