My Fios service was installed a long time ago, when the technicians would run the line from the outside box to the ONT over the shortest distance possible, which in my case ran through the middle of my back yard. I'm having a patio installed and need to have the line moved & reburied. I've looked all over this forum & the Verizon website to no avail. Who do I need to contact to get this started?
