I was forced to get a technician for installment which is totally unnecessary. The internet was working already before technician was here and the technician was saying he doesn’t know why he’s here and he is not going to charge me. Of course, Verizon charge me anyway. When I called customer service, instead of trying to help or at least understand why this is happening in the first place, they jump into conclusion that I just need to pay and refuse to continue to talk.
overall, bad management for moving event, inconsistent words from different parties and terrible customer service experience who only annoy customers.
