Intermittent Brief Outage loss of connection Clifton Park NY

For some reason I'm not allowed to reply back to other threads on this but I'm having intermittent connection issues in Clifton Park, NY.  It looks like a lot of people in the area (Clifton Park, Latham, Loudonville) are having this issue (there is a big thread on reddit and multiple issues posted here).  Has anyone had any luck getting an explanation of what the issue is and when it might be fixed?

Yeah nothing from Verizon. I called they said no outage or problem anywhere. When I mentioned a ticket number from a previous post suddenly they said there lots of tickets in our area but no problems and basically nothing to see here. They did give me a ticket number though 

i can’t find anything on Reddit on the r/Fios or r/Verizon subreddits regarding this intermittent internet problem. Rebooting the ONT doesn’t fix anything contrary to the one post here. This widespread of an issue cannot possibly be anything other than a Verizon issue. But apparently Verizon thinks there’s no problem even though the tickets keep piling up
All I can say is call and get a ticket number

 I’ll definitely be asking for a credit as this has been going on for days
