For the past 4 months I've been experiencing intermittent internet connection, which is also affecting my tv. I've had 3 routers, ONT box, ONT Power Supply boxes, high speed ethernet cable and wall jack replaced. Logging in to my account both via mobile or even on line just gives nothing but errors loading. I have inside wiring maintenance too. I was advised that since the power supply cable going to the router was not changed, the issue may still exist. Not sure why they never replqced it in the first place. We'll it is back again and in full force. If this does not get fixed, I will be saying goodbye to Verizon Fios. Services over the last 4 months have been terrible to say the least. Not sure what is going on with Verizon Fios but yiu have fallen off the mark big time
