For the last week I've been getting only around 30Mbps max, sometimes in the single digits, after around 8pm. During the day my service seems fine (over 200 down earlier today, with 300Mbps service), so I'm pretty confident there are no problems with my router/ONT. Speaking to support today, they ensured me that upgrading my service to gigabit will solve my problems, which resulted in this humorous speed test result.
This is especially difficult since it exclusively happens when Verizon support is closed. Has anyone else had this happen? Not sure what to do at this point. I'm on Long Island, NY.
