On March 6, 2025, at 00:49 EST, Verizon pushed an upgrade to my CR1000A:

At that time, my machine connected directly to the 10G LAN port at 2.5G started experiencing link flapping regularly, which had never happened before:
Mar 6 00:50:10 kernel: [9091088.277436] r8125: ens1: link down
Mar 6 00:50:15 kernel: [9091092.608126] r8125: ens1: link up

Mar 6 00:54:27 kernel: [9091344.459361] r8125: ens1: link down
Mar 6 00:54:31 kernel: [9091348.742020] r8125: ens1: link up
I tried restarting everything from the ONT inward. I've changed the cable on that connection (cat6). Nothing else changed around that time, so it has to be the upgrade. Anyone else?
