Max App SETUP Annoying

I subscribed to the Netflix Max perk. I have contacted support and posted on here. I setup Netflix just fine. Max setup not so much. I click setup in the Verizon app and on the website. It says max setup is in progress. This has been the case for at least a week. Not sure why Verizon cannot fix the issue. I would like to watch Max someday!

It sure is. I have that bundle also, this is the second time I have clicked on Max and it wants me to subscribe. It won't let me sign in. Stays locked down until Verizon has to contact Max to straighten it out. I wish I could watch Max too!

Did you ever get your issue resolved? Iโ€™ve had the same issue since October, 2024. Iโ€™ve spoken to numerous Verizon agents and Iโ€™ve even tried removing the perk. However, the perk continues to remain on my account. Itโ€™s frustrating being  charged for something you cannot use, and cannot even remove.

Yeah I have a similar problem with the app not working on my Samsung smart tv,  keep getting looking  up account than times out and have to start over
