Brand new customer, never have had Verizon before. Ordered whole home internet plus in December 2024, while the ad for the $300 Visa card was still on the website. Switched to Verizon from another provider, also ordered new iPhone 16 Pro with phone service. Was very much assured by the Verizon rep that we would most definitely get the $300 Visa in addition to another $200 for the whole home internet plus. All I have seen so far is a link to submit to get $100 e-card or something like that. Where is the link for the $300 Visa and the other $100? It is not anywhere in my account profile or any of my account pages / links.
