Hello,
I just had my Fios installation completed today and immediately following, my Verizon gift card and JBL speaker promotions appeared on My Verizon for redemption after the specified date. However, the $50 and $200 Amazon gift cards, also listed on my order invoice, did not appear.
Do they appear on their own later? If not, is there a Verizon CS agent able to help me escalate this?
Otherwise, the service has been great so far.
