Is anyone else experiencing app crashes on the my Verizon app when trying to access your home router?  When I log in and click home network protection the app crashes. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it. Restarted my phone. All those steps.

why does Verizon sell high speed internet but put zero effort into the functionality of the apps needed to protect devices?

help!

it’s happening to me. Over and over again. I updated my iPhone. I reinstalled the app five times. It keeps crashing. So angry.

What make/model  device are you using to access the MyVerizon app?  Have you linked your FIOS account in the app?

Searching 'One Verizon ID' on my moto z4 phone in the My Verizon app finds:

Two accounts. One login. Get one Verizon ID to sign in to your Mobile and Home accounts. Combine your accounts today.

It's quick and easy.

.  Sign in to the My Verizon app

. Go to the Account page and click on Edit profile & settings.

. Scroll down to Security and click on one Verizon ID.

. Enter your Fios credentials on this page

. Close and reload your page

You now have one Verizon ID and can view your Home and Mobile account information in the My Verizon app

Yes - I’ve done all those things. My Verizon App is the replacement for My Fios App.

not to mention  that this is the only way to manage parental controls.

it seems to be working a little better now but still buggy.
