My Fios order is still on hold, and I move in tomorrow.

Admittedly, I only ordered Fios this Tuesday. I dropped the ball and completely forgot, so I understand that I won't have wifi for the first few days of my move-in. I ordered on Tuesday and was told the router would be delivered on Tuesday, June 4. Then I received notice that I needed proof of residency on Wednesday, which I immediately uploaded. Now my order is still on hold, even though my documentation has been uploaded for close to 48 hours. I talked to a customer service representative yesterday, who assured me my situation was fine but pushed my delivery back by a day. Today, I received the same notice and my order is on hold again. What do I do? I have uploaded my documentation and proof of residency, how long will it take for Fios to review the single document they requested, and will this significantly impact the date of my delivery?
