Hi is anyone else in upsate new york unable to access internet DSL? I have no internet at all. The phone lines are working, DSL is lite up as normal but I can't connect and have no EMAIL access. Which stinks because i work from home and now have to commute to the office.
Is your Internet still down? If it is, have you tried to reboot the modem? Unplug power for 30 secs, plug power back in and test. If you are still having issues, please let us know.
