How do I get in touch with engineering or construction for Fios? We had Internet cables run to my house that crossover a neighboring property. The neighbors have since built a building addition and those cables are obstructing it. We have tried multiple times to get Fios to move the wires with no success. It has been nearly a year. Any tips?
