Need a Replacement Router

I tried the automated chat and phone call, doesn’t fix the issue, get disconnected when it tries to transfer me to an agent. My Fios Gateway router keeps rebooting every 20 minutes or so. I’ve tried resetting it, as has the chat/phone AI, doesn’t fix it. I need a new router sent asap!

Have you spoken with Verizon customer service?  I'm sure they will push you to an upgraded router. But for $$ you'll get your replacement router. I'm waiting on mine now.
