My quantum g1100 is showing one of my devices as blocked. I did not intentionly block it and cannot figure out how to unblock it and would appreciate your help.
Could you screenshot the block message in the router web GUI (and edit out any personal or sensitive information such as passwords, serial numbers, and MAC/physical addresses)? Not on the Fios or VZ App.
If I ping from router it is successfule, if I ping from any other device it fails.
I would provide a screenshot of 1 of my apps on m y phone which says that port 139 failes to connect but I can't see how to include screen print on the page
