I just moved into a new construction home two weeks ago. Fios is in my neighborhood, and my neighbors have it. My lot was originally part of my next door neighbors. The lot was subdivided and a new address was created. Then my house was built on it and cables are ran throughout, but Fios is not yet connected to my home from the street. I called Verizon about it over a week ago, and they said they put in a ticket and I would hear back in a few days, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I tried to explain the situation, but the representative didn’t seem to understand its a new address because she just kept telling me it wasnt in the system. We work from home and really need internet ASAP. Can someone please contact me to help get connected to Fios?
