New router coming

When you are getting a new router, does the my verizon app not show the Home account that is currently there?  Trying to get a reason for not seeing my Fios account in the app.  Where did it go? Who can help. Why is there only the wireless account?

SPoke with someone on the fios side.  He suggested that i may need the new account linked to my home account, but it is linked on the website, but not on the  My Verizon App. The App needs to be corrected. Who can fix this?  Need both accounts showing in the app.

Update...there is now a ticket opened and some developer is working on a fix for the flaky My Verizon App.  Took so long to get anybody to get any kind of solution.  Vrzn really needs a better system here. Too much of a mess.  Need to call in issues and get tickets opened. ..nit deal so much with those who just bounce u around. Has been really poor.  I always try to avoid it but man...what a mess of a system.  Get it organized and have better support. Also work on that online chat.  Putting a microphone button right nxt to the send button is a fireable offense. That is so bad. Kept hitting that microphone. Smh does anyone test these tools.  And the log ins are so iffy.  Needs work.
