I have service with Verizon for nearly 6 months and now I have been nothing but frustrated. I requested a 1Gig plan with Fios with an extender to cover the whole house, but they completed the installation with an older router and did not bring the extender. I requested an extender after a few days and they sent me an extender - no problem - but it was incompatible with the old router that was installed to begin with. I called again to fix this because the internet speed in some part of the house is terrible. This time they said I can go pickup a new router and placed an order for me. When I reach the store, they say there is no order placed. I call them again, and I get transferred between departments for hours (not exaggerating) to no result. I am still waiting for them to fix this for me.
Is there any way to get around with this kind of work ethic and get the issues resolved?
